Master Plan for St. Leo University

This comprehensive campus master plan offers the University options for future development to accommodate an expanding enrollment. The plan is phased in five-, ten-, and twenty-year increments and includes planning for new buildings and for site plan modifications to roadways, parking, open space, and recreational facilities.

A major component of this study is to develop design guidelines for future new construction on campus. These guidelines include stylistic and material recommendations intended to unify the campus visually, reinforce the unique early Florida Mission architecture that already exists on campus, and develop a character that reinforces the University’s identity as a religious educational institution.
